The kegite club has come a long way in terms of name form and essence. But all in all one fact still remains that one thing that never changed is the commonness amongst members which made it a fraternity. From the drinking of palm wine from the emblem which the non initiates can not do tikarisation and vibration we can see that the club is uniform in nature and can be likened to a fraternity. The kegite fraternity is a freewill club, no body is forced to be member and members can be de kegged [membership relinquished] as a result of uncouth practices. All in all. The kegites club’s motto is ‘unity in diversity’ and if you should compare the motto to the activities of the club then indeed unity still remaineth in diversity. Also the club derives most of its rule from the African traditional societies, and that is why kegite club magazine was born to nestle modern standards with traditional values.
